ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
COLOR :     Deep red with intense garnet hues. Typically austere but rewarding in the glass. A pleasant series of aromas from fruit, spice and chocolate to an elegant finale of rosemary and mineral notes.
BOUQUET :  Soft and structured with strong tannins and a long cellar life ahead of it.
