ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
COLOR :     Intense ruby red with deep garnet hues. Limpid.
BOUQUET :  Strong fruit with a hint of violets. Layers of berries give way to a series of secondary aromas.
TASTE :   Notes of coffee and chocolate are evident. Fresh acidity, good tannic structure and a lovely balance of hard and soft components make this a welcome addition to any table.
