ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
COLOR :     Intense ruby red with deep garnet hues. Limpid.
BOUQUET :  Austere, intense and complex with ethereal notes. Chocolate and coffee grounds on the finale.
TASTE :   Full bodied, harmonic and well structured. Good tannins and a strong and decisive character. Extremely long persistence.
